|Recommended: NoAlways Issues With Elevators — If you don't mind routinely taking stairs in a high rise, I would recommend this place. Staff is very flaky and change directions as they see fit. Elevators were down and no one could get to their apartment as stairwells were locked. Noone could get down form their apartment for well over an hour.

|Recommended: YesWe moved in in 2024 and just resigned our Lease. When we were comparing the cost to other properties, we were very happy with the amenities and the luxury that 909 offers. My Roommate never wants to close the blinds because we LOVE our view.
The building has several security measures elevator access, residential unit access, rooftop access, gym access, parking garage access to make sure that only residents who all pass a background check are able to access. When I have followed up with the building staff, they are all very helpful and have a full time Maintenance team.
909 offers high end condo amenities at the best price downtown. The Rooftop on top of the parking garage has real grass, trees, and flowers. The basement gym has all the basic equipment, plenty of cardio, and a yoga room. The lobby lounge is large and inviting and the basement lounge is intimate and usually vacant.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful, Quiet Downtown Living — While there is often lots of noise when you are downtown, 909 Walnut is not a noisy building. We have lots of people living here but generally, we don't hear our neighbors which is a great amenity The building is a well-built, nearly a 100 year old, 30 story building that has been beautifully divided into apartments. We appreciate the history and Art Deco details on the main floors as well as the modern details in our apartment. Unique to this space, we are afforded a green space on the top of our parking garage which is wonderful for taking our dog out, using the grill or dining and working outside. We have ample parking but not our own specific spots which is not our favorite part. One of the best parts of living here is are the staff. The office staff is professional, friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew take care of everything and keeps our spaces in good care. We enjoy our sunset views from our apartment and our incredible neighbors here at 909
